Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Forkast, published by TBA WESTCOAST LLC under the Arbor Intelligence brand. By using Forkast, you agree to these terms.

The service and your account

Forkast lets you submit photos of food, identifies visible items, and suggests meals based on your kitchen and the family settings you provide. The app creates an anonymous device-bound account so preferences and history can be saved. You may permanently remove the account and associated data in the app.

Forkast Family subscription

• An active Forkast Family subscription is required for kitchen scanning and AI meal generation. Forkast does not include free scans.
• Forkast Family is offered in monthly and annual auto-renewing plans. The app shows localized App Store prices before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests under its policies.

Acceptable use

• Use Forkast only for lawful purposes.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, abuse uploads, or circumvent subscription controls.

AI output and food safety

Ingredient identification and meal suggestions are generated using AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Inspect ingredients yourself and use your own judgment about allergens, nutrition, expiration, storage, cooking, and food safety.

No warranties and limitation of liability

Forkast is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accurate scan and meal results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBA WESTCOAST LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Forkast.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update Forkast. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by Arizona law, except where the law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
