Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Forkast version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not attach a food photo unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Subscriptions and purchases
Forkast Pro purchases are billed through your Apple ID. To restore an existing purchase, open Forkast, go to Profile, tap Upgrade, and choose Restore purchases.
Manage or cancel a subscription in the Settings app under your Apple ID and Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Scanning help
- Use a clear, well-lit photo of food in your fridge, freezer, or pantry.
- Confirm Forkast has camera or photo-library access in iOS Settings.
- If a scan fails, check your internet connection and try again.
Delete your account
Open Forkast, go to Profile, scroll to Account, and tap Delete account. After you confirm, Forkast permanently deletes the anonymous account and associated app data stored on our servers.
Deleting your Forkast account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage billing separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
