This Privacy Policy applies to version 1.0 of the WallTime iOS app, published by TBA WESTCOAST LLC under the Arbor Intelligence brand.
The short version: WallTime does not collect data. The app has no account, backend, analytics, advertising, tracking, purchases, subscriptions, or cloud sync.
Data we do not collect
WallTime does not transmit personal information, contact information, identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, session history, preferences, or photos to us. We do not sell or share app data because we do not receive it.
- App Privacy: Data Not Collected
- Tracking: No
- No advertising or analytics SDKs
- No account, login, or server profile
Information stored on your device
WallTime stores completed and broken session records, session timing, streak and challenge progress, app preferences, and optional wall-photo image data using local iOS storage. This information stays with the app on your device; WallTime does not operate a cloud-sync or remote-backup service and we cannot view or recover it.
Removing the app or its local data may remove this information, subject to the way iOS handles device backups and restores.
Camera and photos
After a completed session, WallTime may offer the camera so you can photograph the wall you just stared at. Camera access is optional. You can cancel the camera and continue using the app.
Captured images are processed on the device and may be stored with the related session. WallTime does not request access to or read from your photo library.
Sharing
If you choose to share, WallTime generates a 9:16 image on your device. You can send that image to Instagram or another destination through the standard iOS share sheet.
For Instagram Story sharing, WallTime places the generated image on the iOS pasteboard with a five-minute expiration and opens Instagram. A third-party service receives the image only when you choose to hand it off. The receiving service's privacy terms then apply. WallTime does not receive information back from those services.
No in-app social service
WallTime has no public profiles, feed, followers, discovery, messaging, comments, or public user-generated content. Sharing is an external action you initiate.
Changes to this policy
If WallTime's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date above identifies the current version.
