Voice EA
Privacy Policy
Effective August 21, 2026
Voice EA is a voice-first accountability assistant. This policy explains what information the service processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Information Voice EA processes
- Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
- Accountability content: onboarding responses, goals, habits, commitments, schedules, outcomes, and Momentum history that you choose to provide.
- Voice-session content: live microphone audio, transcripts, and relevant accountability context needed to conduct the conversation.
- Google Calendar information: connection identifiers, encrypted OAuth credentials, and primary-calendar event details when you choose to connect Google Calendar.
- Operational information: request identifiers, timing, result codes, and a pseudonymous user hash used for reliability and abuse prevention. Request logs do not include raw audio, transcripts, calendar event bodies, credentials, or tool payloads.
How information is used and shared
Voice EA uses this information only to provide account restoration, daily planning, voice conversations, explicit commitment confirmation, calendar context, receipts, reliability, and account security. The service does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Cloudflare provides the API and session-control layer. Google processes Calendar authorization and calendar requests when you connect it. OpenAI processes live voice-session content to understand and answer you. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models; by default, API content may be retained for up to 30 days in abuse-monitoring logs unless a longer period is required for safety or legal reasons.
Audio, transcripts, and local photos
Voice EA does not retain raw microphone audio. Active transcript state is kept in memory and cleared when the voice session ends. A profile photo you select is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded by Voice EA.
Retention and deletion
Account and accountability records remain until you delete your account or the service no longer needs them to provide the app. Google credentials remain until you disconnect Calendar or delete your account. Disconnecting attempts to revoke the Google credential and removes the stored connection.
To permanently delete your Voice EA account and associated server-held data, open Voice EA, open Account, choose Delete Account, and confirm. If you cannot access the app, contact Voice EA Support.
Your choices
- You may use the non-voice areas of Voice EA without agreeing to OpenAI voice processing.
- You may withdraw voice AI consent from Account. Voice sessions remain unavailable until you agree again.
- You may disconnect Google Calendar without deleting existing Google events.
- You may remove your local profile photo or delete your account from Account.
